Engineer analysing all details as client's requirements and confirm whether we can compeletly work , or feedback to client check our suggestions .
2. Mould
Mould / Tooling proressing, As client's requirement of parts ,design and manufature the most appropriate tooling to ensure the part's demand .
3.Injection
Injection -Green parts, experienced engineer set the suitable paraments of machine to ensure the part's quality.
4.Debinding

Sintering- finishing part
6.Sizing( optional)
Sizing - correct shape and size
Sizing can correct the shape and size after sintering ,at same time ensure the higher accuracy tollerence for parts .

How to OEM parts ?
1. Client send Drawing (2D drawing with .dwg /.pdf and 3D with .stp/.igs) and specify requirements .
2. We will provide quotation sheet after evaluating
